The Farm Cottage – Sleeps 4/5
Our 4*cottage sleeps 4 – 5 people and makes a great family holiday in the UK. Suitable for small family groups, couples or a small group of friends, it is tastefully decorated in period style. A surprisingly spacious small cottage with countryside views. The cottage is fully centrally heated and the cottage will be pre heated for arrivals in the Autumn/Winter, offering the perfect Welsh cottage break.
Hallway
Upon entering the cottage you are presented with a hallway leading onto the lounge and dining area.
Lounge
There is a spacious lounge with a dining area and a Wood burner (firewood and a bag of logs supplied on arrival), LCD tv (and dvd).

Bedroom
There is a single bedroom on the ground floor adjacent to the front door (and bathroom ) therefore suitable for individuals with impaired walking ability.
Kitchen
There is a well equipped kitchen containing a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob etc, also an adjoining utility room with additional sink, drying area and washer drier.
BathroomThere is a modern ground floor bath / shower room and toilet.
Upstairs there are only 2 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed. The second bedroom has a single bed with an additional pull out bed which is suitable for children and teenagers.
There is a Patio area to the side of the property with garden furniture and BBQ. At the front of the cottage is a fenced lawn containing a small Wendy house for toddlers. There is ample off-road parking and secure bicycle storage.
Travel Cot and High chair available, plus toys, children’s books and games.
No pets or smoking allowed in the cottage.
Getting to meet the lovely horses, feeding chickens and finding eggs has been a highlight for the girls – they want to stay longer! Thanks, Helen for the lovely warm welcome. We have had an amazing time at your cottage. It really is a home from home.
